Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cult Gaia pieces; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original brand box and shipping container, ensuring all original tags and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
